Begin by keeping alcohol out of your home. This is a great way to save alcohol for dinners out or special occasions. Aim to drink no more than twice a month if you are not cutting alcohol out altogether.
Basic hygiene such as washing hands, taking showers, and brushing your teeth can prevent infections. Frequently wash hands, use hand sanitizer, and wear a mask when out of the home. Avoid large crowds if you are over forty years old, have asthma, or have autoimmune diseases.
